The inspiration for Nice Cubes comes from our children, a love of cooking, and a love of community. When my oldest son Wyatt was a baby, I spent hours cooking and pureeing food from our local Farmers Markets. I would then freeze the food in ice cube trays where they were transformed into what my husband called Nice Cubes. But there were times when life got busy and I ran out of my own fresh frozen food. So I’d walk down to the local grocery store and be faced with moral quandary of jars. I’d think to myself “Is this all I have to choose from?” I found it hard to feed my children something I could barely bring myself to taste. If only I could buy my own delicious and nutritious baby food made with Northwest ingredients at the local grocery store... Eureka... Nice Cubes!

At Nice Cubes we strive to demonstrate to a new generation of parents that baby food can be truly yummy! Parents can feel good about the wholesome, delicious meals they are feeding their babies when serving Nice Cubes.
